Mignon Venter at Grahamstown Festival

We ve just been to Grahamstown Festival 2013 and had a great time meeting lots of interesting people.

We were in Tent 5 at the University grounds with a stall selling our hand embroidered big throws  plus our wonderful range of clothing. (see our website www.masalatextiles.blogspot.com for pictures) and the headbands in many colours and fabrics.   We loved chatting to the customers and hearing about their lives,  where they were from (many from overseas) and what they were doing at the festival. Some are musicians, artists, teachers and students or many had driven up from Port Elizabeth, East London or the coastal and inland areas just to be at the festival.

The Grahamstown festival brings people from around the world and supports all of the arts - theatre - music - art - and crafts.  The quality of all is amazing and well worth a visit. See you next year!
